About the role

As a Case Manager, you will take on a role similar to a project lead within your assigned cases, coordinating activities from incoming request to finalized solution. You will work in systems, manage multiple tasks in parallel, and ensure progress across several functions.

You will review and handle design change requests from internal and external stakeholders, analyze requirements, prepare cost and lead time estimates, and plan the execution of each case. The role is highly cross-functional, involving close collaboration with production, engineering, and international teams.

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining technical understanding with coordination and structure, and who thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift.

Your main responsibilities

• Receive, investigate, and analyze design change requests
• Coordinate and drive cases forward across different functions and stakeholders
• Work in systems to manage and track cases, activities, and deliveries
• Compile cost and lead time estimates for design changes
• Plan and coordinate Customer Adaptation (CA) activities for orders
• Perform risk assessments for design requests
• Contribute to product and process development with a focus on best practices
• Drive efficiency improvements in line with business goals

Your profile

We are looking for a driven, analytical, and structured professional with a strong technical interest and a natural ability to coordinate and lead work forward.

We see that you have:

• A university degree (preferably in engineering or a related field)
• Experience or understanding of cab and chassis products and processes
• Experience working in a project leading or coordinating role within the automotive industry for at least one year
• Familiarity with IT systems such as KAP, OM, KOLA, or EDB
• Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment
