About the role

As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing and offering specific design changes requested by internal and external customers. Your work will directly contribute to truck sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

 

You will analyze design requests, compile cost and lead time estimates, and plan activities for each order. Collaboration is key, you’ll work closely with Production Engineering, GTT, and international teams to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you’ll perform light risk assessments and contribute to product and process improvements.

 

This role requires a technical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive efficiency while adhering to company policies.

 

Your main responsibilities

  • Receive, investigate, and analyze customer design requests.
  • Cooperate with internal teams (Tuve CA, Gent, Umeå, GTT, Terberg) to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Compile cost and lead time estimates for design changes.
  • Plan and coordinate CA (Customer Adaptation) activities for orders.
  • Perform risk assessments for each design request.
  • Contribute to product and process projects with a focus on best practices.
  • Drive efficiency improvements in line with business goals.

Your profile

We are looking for a driven, analytical, and solution-oriented professional with:

  • A university degree (preferably in engineering or a related field).
  • Knowledge of cab and chassis product/process (automotive industry experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with IT systems (e.g., KAP, OM, KOLA, EDB) is beneficial.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment.
  • A business and customer-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work both independently and in a team.
