In this role, you will join a cross-functional Manufacturing Engineering team to drive the industrialization of High Voltage Battery Assembly systems for Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs). You will develop automated, robust, and high-volume production solutions in a collaborative environment, covering manufacturing processes, equipment, quality assurance, and supplier collaboration.

You will contribute to end-to-end industrialization, from concept development to commissioning and ramp-up, ensuring quality, safety, flexibility, and efficiency in a cutting-edge production environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Developing and industrializing manufacturing concepts, process flows, and production-system architectures for High Voltage Battery Assembly.
• Defining automation levels, equipment requirements, and interfaces (robotics, controls, mechanical, IT/OT, logistics).
• Translating product and process requirements into technical specifications for RFQs and supplier evaluations.
• Leading feasibility, risk, and trade-off assessments (quality, timing, cost, footprint).
• Supporting virtual verification, trials, commissioning, and ramp-up activities.
• Collaborating with suppliers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure production readiness.

Who You Are:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical, Industrial, or relevant Engineering (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years of experience in automated manufacturing, industrialization, or high-volume production (automotive, battery, or electrification).
• 3+ years in supplier collaboration, RFQ processes, and technical design reviews.
• Strong expertise in process validation, risk management, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently, own deliverables, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
