ABOUT THE ROLE

• Plan, lead, and follow up on technical projects from start to finish.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate activities between departments, customers, and suppliers.
• Manage risks, changes, and dependencies to minimize disruptions.
• Lead project meetings and report status to steering committees and management.
• Drive continuous improvements in project processes and working methods.

Qualifications

. MSc or BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

. Experience in project management within industry or technical fields

. Experience leading cross-functional teams

. Strong understanding of product development, production, or systems development

. Knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management frameworks

Must Have

• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice To Have

• Swedish, written and spoken.
