Key requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience within CAE, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong experience in Quality Impression (QI) / Solidity simulations or experience within NVH and Durability
• Skilled in Nastran and Python
• Experience in method development and verification towards physical testing
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain CAE results and recommendations to colleagues without CAE knowledge
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Meritorious experience
• Experience with tools such as ANSA and CVM
• Knowledge of Abaqus
• Broad understanding of related CAE areas such as stiffness, strength, sound (squeak & rattle), and wear/scratch resistance
About the role
In this position, you will take a leading role in developing and documenting new methods for evaluating Quality Impression (QI), with focus on correlating virtual analysis to physical validation. You will act as a global competence within QI simulation, driving progress and supporting cross-functional teams with your expertise.
The role requires creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical insights in a clear and engaging way.
