The entire world is currently affected by the spread of the Corona virus, both humanly and financially. Our primary focus is the health and safety of our employees, our delivery to our customers and preventing the spread of the infection in the society.

We continue to work and deliver quality in our assignments and are in close dialogue with our customers to continuously ensure that we meet any new needs that may arise as the general situation changes. We have the highest readiness to ensure our continued delivery. First and foremost, we have ensured the technical prerequisites required for our employees to be able to work remotely when it’s required.

In order to ensure the health of our employees as far as we can and to help keep the spread of infection as low as possible in society, we at ALTEN have created a contingency plan that includes the following:

  • We encourage all employees to maintain good hand hygiene.
  • We have reinforced cleaning in our offices.
  • We demand all our employees to stay home if we are sick or have had direct contact with someone who have or is suspected of having Covid-19.
  • We do not travel neither nationally nor internationally and take meetings digitally instead.
  • We have postponed both internal and external events.

In order to limit the number of employees in our offices, we have introduced rotation schedules for all our staff functions. The rotation schedule is designed to ensure a long-term sustainable, risk-minimized, and in the current situation, functioning way of working for our business.

Naturally, we at ALTEN follow the development of this situation and its affections of the society and act on the basis of the information and guidelines provided by the authorities, government and WHO.
