ALTEN Sweden has been recognized as one of the top 10 most attractive employers according to women in IT, ranking fifth. We are proud of this achievement and remain committed to providing a workplace where women can grow, develop in their roles, and build meaningful careers.
Through its career network, Karriärföretagen conducted a survey between 15 October 2025 and 12 February 2026 to identify the employers perceived as most attractive by women in Sweden. A total of 5,056 female students and young professionals participated, selecting the three employers among the Karriärföretagen 2026 companies they consider most appealing.
At ALTEN, we believe that teamwork and a strong sense of community are key to success. That’s why we have initiatives like the Women@ALTEN network, which brings together colleagues from around the world to discuss equality and diversity, while also encouraging young girls to pursue education and careers in technology and IT.
