We are now looking for a Fullstack Developer to join one of our high-performing software teams delivering business-critical cloud services for leading international clients.
About the Role
You will be part of a larger engineering organization developing modern, cloud-based services in Microsoft Azure. Our solutions handle large volumes of connected data and support real-time, business-critical operations.
The team operates in a microservices architecture where scalability, reliability, and clean design are key. You will join during an important delivery phase with strong focus on quality, deadlines, and long-term platform stability.
You will work in collaborative, cross-functional teams alongside developers, architects, testers, UX/design, and product stakeholders to deliver innovative and high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using TypeScript, NodeJS, and NestJS
- Develop modern frontend applications using React
- Build, optimize, and maintain cloud-native solutions in Azure
- Contribute to scalable microservices architectures
- Collaborate closely with UX/design to ensure great user experience
- Recommend technical solutions based on business needs, user flows, and architecture
- Ensure high code quality, testability, and maintainability
- Deploy, operate, and continuously improve applications (quality, functionality, cost-efficiency)
- Take part in DevOps responsibilities (rotating ownership within the team)
- Present and demo solutions to stakeholders
- Contribute to a coaching culture – both mentoring others and being open to feedback
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of experience as a software developer and/or architect
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, NodeJS, NestJS, and React
- Solid experience working with Microsoft Azure (AWS is a plus)
- Experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes
- Experience working with GraphQL or similar query languages
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) and test automation
- Experience building customer-facing systems
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- A BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Valid work permit for Sweden (if not an EU citizen)
- Meritorious Experience
- Experience in connected systems, IoT, or data-driven services
- Background in industries such as automotive, telecom, or banking
- Swedish language skills (considered a plus)
