Karriärföretagen yearly conducts a survey to identify the most attractive employers among Young Professionals in Sweden. In this survey, participants were asked an important question:
“Which three companies do you consider the most attractive employers among those designated as Karriärföretag 2026?”
This year’s survey gathered responses from over 5000 Young Professionals, representing a diverse range of academic backgrounds, including those within IT, Technology, Civil Engineering and Social Sciences, where ALTEN was voted as the top 3 most attractive employer.
