Your profile

For this position, we believe the ideal candidate has:

• Experience from one of the local OEMs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Deep experience in one or several of the following areas:
• Infotainment & Connectivity
• AUTOSAR Software Engineering
• Software Test Engineering
• Cloud & Continuous Integration
• Automotive Cybersecurity (ISO 21434)

As a Team Lead you will play a key role in driving work forward within your domain. Your responsibilities include:

• Stakeholder management and ensuring alignment across teams
• Acting as a technical role model and subject-matter expert
• Coaching and supporting team members in their professional growth
• Ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions within time and scope
