Your profile

For this position, we believe the ideal candidate has:

• Experience from one of the local OEMs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in Automotive Interior and/or Exterior Design
• Deep experience in one or several of the following areas:
• Body-in-White (BIW)
• Door Panels
• Seats
• Center Console
• Exterior Lighting
• Electrical Engineering

What you will do

As a Senior Team Lead you will play a central role in our hardware projects, with responsibilities such as:

• Driving project work forward and ensuring successful delivery
• Managing stakeholders and aligning expectations
• Acting as a technical role model and subject-matter expert for your team
• Coaching and guiding team members in their professional growth
