ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is based in Gothenburg and the work modality is 100% on-site.
What you will do:
- Design, develop, and optimize C++ software modules for ADAS applications (e.g., lane keeping, collision avoidance, adaptive cruise control, object detection).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, testing, systems engineers) to integrate ADAS functionalities into vehicle platforms.
- Work with real-time systems and embedded platforms (AUTOSAR, QNX, Linux).
- Implement and validate algorithms for sensor fusion, computer vision, and radar/lidar processing.
- Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization of embedded software.
- Ensure compliance with automotive safety and quality standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE).
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of software development processes.
Who you are:
- Strong experience as a C++ Developer (C++11/14/17).
- Previous professional experience in ADAS projects within the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of embedded systems and real-time operating systems.
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR, CAN / LIN / Ethernet communication protocols.
- Experience with development tools such as Git, Jira, Jenkins, Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer).
- Knowledge of safety-critical software development (ISO 26262, ASPICE).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in international, multidisciplinary teams.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
