Consent to the processing of personal data

Thank you for submitting your application. Alten Sverige AB (ALTEN) is responsible for the processing of your personal data which will be registered and processed by our marketing department. We will process the following personal data:

• First and last name
• E-mail address
• Phone number
• Employer and job title
• School
• Education
• School and/or work subjects of interest
• Allergies

By leaving your consent you approve that ALTEN, including its affiliates, saves your data for the upcoming event. ALTEN will also save your data in ALTEN’s system to facilitate future career opportunities within ALTEN Sweden. Your data will be saved for one (1) year following the event.

Your personal data will not be transferred to unauthorized parties but might be linked or shared with ALTEN’s partners in order to arrange the event you are attending. You can reverse your consent to the processing of personal data to ALTEN at any time. Additionally, after written demand, you have the right to obtain information regarding the personal data that is registered about you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant you have the right to request correction or deletion. Inquiry or requests in connection to the process of personal data stated above shall be sent to  dpc@alten.se .

All personal data is processed in compliance with The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
