Through its career network, Karriärföretagen conducted a poll between October 2024 and February 2025 to identify the most attractive employers in Sweden according to women. Over 5,000 women from the Career Companies’ network, consisting of students and young professionals, voted for the employers they consider the most attractive.
We are delighted to be a part of the Top 10 most attractive employers for women in IT and aspire to continue providing an inspiring environment where all women can grow professionally and build meaningful careers.
