Malmö Court (T4977-24) verdict confirmation: Consultancy companies, like ALTEN Sweden are not affected by Uthyrningslagen

A recent verdict from the Malmö Court (T4977-24) has clarified the application of the Swedish Temporary Agency Work Act (hereafter Uthyrningslagen). The case concerned the question of whether a consultancy company should be classified as a staffing agency under Uthyrningslagen, which would impose restrictions on client relationships, including the invalidation of non-solicitation clauses.
