We are looking for a self-driven, organized, engaged and positive person that would like to work with ISO26262. The functional safety manager, shall manage the CAB planning for functional safety quality review and you should lead the development of the safety concepts as well as coordinate creation of functional safety documentation. You will be responsible to facilitate Hazard and Dysfunctional Analysis and be the first-hand contact regarding ISO questions for Function Owners and System. You will be a part of improving the safety of heavy duty vehicle OEM.
At the costumer site you will have function owners as colleagues but your network will be all over the world. You will get the chance to share your ISO26262 knowledge across CAB globally and facilitate hazard analysis and set ASIL classification, dysfunctional analysis, functional safety concepts, technical safety concepts and support relations with suppliers. You will be an important part of creating how the costumer will work with ISO26262. You will work with a global network and travel if needed.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Mechatronic, Electronics or similar.
- 2 years documented experience on ISO26262 knowledge and implementation.
- Good knowledge in Mechatronic, Mechanical engineering, Control engineering, System modelling, Functional requirements and Electronics.
- Analytical abillty.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Possibilities to travel abroad if needed.
- Possibilities to sometimes move working time later in the evening to be able to take meetings with USA.
- Understanding of software development workflow and process could be beneficial.
Beneficial is to have worked within Automotive development.
