During the pandemic, we have seen an increased drive in the market towards software- development and products. For ALTEN, we have focused it towards Autonomous Mobility, Electrification, Connectivity, Telecom and Aerospace. During this journey, ALTEN’s Embedded Division has grown larger the pre-COVID in terms volume, whilst building up a focused department consisting of strong SW engineers. This has enabled us to win larger commitments with our customers in Computer Vision, Sensor Fusion, Toolchain Simulation, Connectivity and Electromobility. Prior, we have a large deliveries within the Life Science sector – all of this in-house.

As a next step in this journey, we look to expand our offer with strong System Design Engineers and Architects within these future-oriented areas, where our You could be able to work both with R&D on the higher level. As a part of this strategy, we look for You who wants to be a part of this exiting journey, either in our in-house deliveries as an operative SW Architect, or work directly in our customers’ teams as an vital contributor to their roadmaps and strategies. In the latter example, we want to collaborate together in the way that You could help us win large projects and start up a team together with us in-house.

Job / Skills

In order to do this, we are of course prefer if you have a SW background in the areas we work in, but we are indeed highly interested if You come from another industry and sector. The key aspect we will look for, is your technical skill-set in combination with your social skills and drive.
